 This organic sparkling wine from Burgundy  is made using the Charmat method , in which bubbles are created through second fermentation in stainless steel tanks , instead of in the bottle, as in the traditional Champagne method. The result is a sparkling wine, which also bears the name of the founder of the winery, delicious, with fine bubbles and very fresh.
